Perth Real Estate Administration Pty Ltd, trading as Realestate WA, is the operator and owner of the www.realestatewa.com.au website (“The Site”).

Users of "The Site” agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are subject to change without notice. Your access and use of "The Site" indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Except where we specify otherwise, Realestate WA offers you access to “The Site” solely for your personal and non-commercial use.

You promise that you will not use "The Site" in whole or in part, for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions or for any purposes other than those that are personal and non-commercial.

You agree that you will not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, frame in another web page, use on any other web site, transfer or sell any information, software, lists of users, databases or other lists, products or services provided through or obtained from the "The Site."

Content on "The Site" is protected by Australian copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted under these terms and conditions are reserved. 
 
Advertising 
 
All advertisements placed on “"The Site" are subject to availability of space and subject to approval.
Advertisements once approved are non changeable and non cancellable. Tax Invoices for the stated GST inclusive amount will be generated in accordance with Realestate WA standard billing terms.
 
Blogs

Our blog offers you the ability to provide your opinions and respond to issues relating to real estate in WA. We believe our Blog increases the availability of information, encourages healthy debate, and makes possible new connections between people.

Realestate WA monitors blog submissions and retains the right to censor entries. Content will not be allowed that; promotes hate toward groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity; contains foul or abusive language; is sexually explicit; is directed at or names individuals in a manner which may cause offence.
Realestate WA disclaims all liability and responsibility and you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Realestate WA, and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claim arising from or in any way related to our blog service, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature.
